I know what it feels like to be an unsecure kid. At 15, I moved to Colorado to play hockey. I got cut right before the season started and lived in a hallway behind a foldable room divider. I was the definition of "just okay". I played pro hockey for years, but I still made dumb mistakes. I missed my only shot at the NHL because I put my phone on Airplane Mode in my hotel room to get perfect sleep. I woke up to 10 missed calls and sat in a chair while the other goalies went up. I beat myself up for years over this. Now, I teach goalies how to build systems so they do not have to rely on luck.


Control The Controllables.

You are probably working hard, but the pucks are still going in. You do not need more drills. You need to find the one bottleneck holding you back right now.
