What is the "Stride Pyramid"?
It is our roadmap for performance. We start from your North Star and move down through your FARMS Foundations. If your base is broken, no amount of mental training will save you. Write down your top three values to start finding your North Star.
What happens if I have a bad game or a crisis?
The 1:1 Mentorship includes an open door policy for exactly those moments. I teach you systems to handle the chaos. I had to learn this the hard way when I gave up a bad goal and needed to reset to win the game. Text me the morning after your game so we can review it.
Do you promise scholarships or pro contracts?
I will never lie to you by promising a specific outcome. I only promise that if you do the work, you will become the best version of yourself. We focus entirely on the process because that is the only thing you actually control. Start by focusing on what you eat today.
Do you provide meal plans or medical advice?
No. I focus on making sure you have enough energy to perform. I do not write medical prescriptions or offer medical care. I help you build a fueling plan you can actually stick to so you do not run your body into the ground. Drink a glass of water right when you wake up tomorrow.
