Our coaching is for highly motivated athletes (elite high school, junior, NCAA, aspiring/current professionals) who are committed to long-term growth and are looking for more than just quick fixes. Stride Lifestyle uniquely blends founder Frank Marotte's elite professional athlete experience ("I've been there") with evidence-based scientific principles. We take a holistic approach, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and lifestyle, rather than isolated quick fixes. We use technology to enhance, not replace, deep human connection and personalized guidance.

Absolutely. We focus on integrating small, high-impact, sustainable habits into your existing schedule, not adding overwhelming tasks. The goal is to make these foundational habits feel effortless over time, like brushing your teeth, freeing up mental energy for performance. We work with your schedule to make it manageable.
Yes. While our approach is holistic because all foundations are interconnected, we tailor the coaching to your specific challenges and goals. For instance, if you struggle with energy, we'll dive deep into your nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery patterns to build a plan that addresses it directly. The initial assessment helps us pinpoint these key areas.

The goal is to help you redefine your limits by mastering your foundations, leading to sustainable progress in both your sport and life.
We use the EverFit app for program delivery, communication, and daily habit tracking (we'll get you set up). While not mandatory, we highly recommend using a wearable device like a WHOOP strap or Oura Ring to provide valuable data on sleep, recovery, and stress, which we integrate into your coaching.
Frank brings a rare combination of lived experience as an NCAA D1 All-American and professional athlete (AHL, ECHL, Europe), an MBA, and extensive coaching certifications (FMCA, PN1, NASM-CNC, CSCS in progress). He has navigated the highs and lows of elite sports and understands the pressures you face, offering empathetic, evidence-based, and relatable guidance.
Yes! Stride Lifestyle operates virtually, coaching athletes from all over. All our coaching sessions and support are delivered online.
